Fulfillment (reproduction printing) is handled by Sam’s Club Photos, and the artist herself will inspect the finished product to ensure it meets her high quality standards and accurately reflects her original painting, and to ensure the reproduction is shipped to you in perfect condition.

 

If upon receipt of your purchase you discover the item was damaged during shipping, you must contact the store through our website Contact Us page or through email to anitavarart@gmail.com and provide details of the damage as well as photograph(s) to be considered for a refund or exchange. A refund request must be received within 5 business days of purchase delivery in order to be considered for a full refund.

 

After we receive your return request email with details and photograph(s), we will reply by email within 5 business days to notify you whether your return request as been approved or rejected. If your return request is approved, then we will replace the damaged item you purchased as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds.
